Candle Scent HQ is an AI-powered fragrance formulation tool that helps candle makers generate fragrance formulas, batch calculations, supplier recommendations, safety guidelines, and printable labels. The AI outputs are suggestions based on general candle-making knowledge and should be treated as a starting point, not professional advice.
To use the service you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at hello@candlescenthq.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
We offer a free tier that includes your first 5 formula generations at no cost. After that, continued access requires a Pro subscription at $9 per month, billed monthly through Stripe.

The Candle Scent HQ platform, its design, code, and branding are owned by us. The formulas and content you generate using our service are yours to use as you see fit. We do not claim ownership over your generated formulas.
Candle Scent HQ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the AI outputs will be accurate or suitable for your specific needs. Use of the service is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@candlescenthq.com.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
