4. AI-Generated Content & Safety Disclaimer
Candle Scent HQ uses artificial intelligence to generate fragrance formulas, IFRA guidelines, supplier suggestions, and other candle-making information. Please be aware:
- Always verify IFRA limits and safety data with official IFRA documentation before use in products sold to consumers.
- AI-generated formulas are a starting point — your own testing and professional judgment are required.
- We are not liable for any harm caused by following AI-generated formulas without your own verification and testing.
- Fragrance oils can cause skin sensitization. Always conduct proper patch testing and comply with local regulations for products you sell.
5. Intellectual Property
The Candle Scent HQ name, logo, and website design are our intellectual property. The fragrance formulas you generate using our tool are yours to use for your candle business — personal and commercial use is permitted.
You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute the Candle Scent HQ platform itself, its underlying AI models, or its proprietary database of fragrance data.
6. Subscriptions & Payments
Candle Scent HQ may offer paid subscription plans. By subscribing:
- You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
- Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period
- We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods, except where required by law
Early access members who lock in a discounted rate will retain that rate for as long as their subscription remains active and uninterrupted.
7. Limitation of Liability
Candle Scent HQ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to product recalls, customer injuries, or business losses.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
